Crafted for Sound Healing
Traditional methods | Conscious sourcing | Deep resonance.
Our bowls are handmade in small villages in North India from Srinegar to Laddakh using traditional hand-hammering techniques passed down through generations.
Each one is a unique expression — no two are alike.
Before offering any bowl for sale, we assess it for:
Resonance and purity of tone
Vibration quality suitable for healing and meditation
Harmonic balance and overall feel in the body
These are not mass-produced or factory-made. They are tools you can trust — used in our own certified trainings, retreats, and 1:1 sessions.

“A singing bowl is your lifelong friend, it will support, nourish and soothe your soul through life's journey and over time, become totally 'attuned to' and 'in tune' with you.”

FAQ’s
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer — and that’s the beauty of it. The right bowl is one that meets you where you are. You might be drawn to a specific tone, size, or the way it makes you feel in your body. If you're uncertain, I offer short guidance calls to help you find a bowl that aligns with your needs — whether you're beginning your journey or expanding your toolkit. There's no rush. Just clarity.
Choosing a singing bowl is a deeply intuitive process. The right bowl will resonate not only in sound but in sensation — you’ll feel it in your body. Just as music can stir emotion or shift your mood, the tone of a singing bowl can awaken something deep within.
You might be drawn to a grounding, low frequency… or feel uplifted by a brighter, higher tone. Trust that response. It’s your system recognising what it needs. When a bowl is right for you, it won’t just sound beautiful — it will feel like coming home.

It depends on how you want to use it. Smaller bowls are wonderful for personal rituals, energetic clearing, or travel. Medium to large bowls tend to offer deeper, more enveloping sound — perfect for sound baths, healing sessions, or meditation spaces. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help you choose based on your intention and experience level.

Most of the bowls I offer are contemporary, hand-hammered by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. I occasionally offer rare vintage or antique pieces, and if so, it will be clearly stated. Every bowl — whether new or old — is selected for its tone, resonance, and the way it supports healing. The focus is always on quality, not age.

Different traditions associate the seven main chakras with different musical notes — but there’s no single system that fits all. In the Vedic tradition, for instance, the root chakra is often paired with C; Tibetan lineages might use F; and Sufi practices link it with D. These variations reflect the rich diversity of sound healing across cultures.
As a general guide, lower tones often support grounding and the lower chakras, while higher tones can awaken intuition and connect to the higher centres. Ultimately, your own body knows. The most powerful guidance is how the sound feels to you.

Every handmade bowl is a labour of devotion. Forged from a flat disc of bronze, it can take weeks — and multiple artisans — to shape and refine each one. Along the way, mantras may be chanted, sacred symbols carved, and intention poured into every strike.
This depth of craftsmanship creates more than just an instrument. It becomes a healing ally. Handmade bowls are known for their long, layered resonance — overtones that continue to unfold long after the sound begins. Some frequencies are felt more than heard, creating space for deep rest, release, and transformation.

You may have come across the idea of “seven-metal” singing bowls — and while it sounds appealing, it’s largely a modern marketing myth rather than a historical truth.
The singing bowls I offer are all made from bronze: a traditional alloy of copper and tin, also known as bell metal because of its rich, resonant tone. Copper is a beautifully conductive and healing metal, and this bronze blend is the gold standard for high-quality therapeutic bowls used by professional sound practitioners worldwide.
Claims about bowls being made from seven different metals — often including lead, mercury, iron, gold, or silver — aren’t supported by the realities of metalworking. Some of these metals aren’t forgeable at bowl-making temperatures, while others would raise safety concerns or dramatically alter the price.
Having spent time in India with my supplier Altaf and the skilled craftsmen who make these bowls, I can say with confidence that these are traditionally made, highly resonant instruments — created with integrity and made to last a lifetime.
If you ever want to know more about the making process or the materials, I’m always happy to share.
