Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Blissful Bowl Lady (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or over.

  • Open internationally (subject to shipping restrictions).

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

    How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @blissfulbowllady on Instagram.

  • Like the original giveaway post on Instagram.

  • Share the original giveaway post to their Instagram Story, tagging @blissfulbowllady, and tag two friends in the comments.

  • Comment “done ✅” on the original post, together with one sentence explaining why the bowl should come to them.

    Entry Period
    The giveaway opens on the date of posting and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

    Prize

  • One (1) Himalayan Singing Bowl valued at £600.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

    Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen by the Promoter based on compliance with the entry rules and a subjective review of participant comments, guided by intuition and fairness.

  • The winner will be announced via Instagram on or shortly after 3rd November 2025.

  • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost.

  • International shipping is included; however, winners are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

    Data Protection

  • Personal data (such as Instagram handle and shipping details) will only be collected and used to administer the giveaway.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
