  2. Services — including training courses, retreats, workshops, and online programs.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. As many items (such as singing bowls) are handmade, slight variations in size, weight, tone, or appearance are to be expected.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

Postage & Packing

Postage and packing charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order.

Substitution of Products

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher value. You will be informed before dispatch.

Returns Policy

  • Eligible returns: We only accept returns if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

  • Process: To arrange a return, please email [Your Email Address] with your order details and photos of the item/damage.

  • Postage: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.

Damage in Transit

We take care to pack all items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Damage Waiver

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that handmade items (such as singing bowls) are naturally subject to minor variations and surface marks that do not affect their function or sound quality. These are not considered faults.

4. Services – Training, Retreats, and Events

Booking & Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • On occasion, we may agree to spread the cost over three monthly payments — this must be arranged at the time of booking.

  • If paying in instalments, all payments must be completed by the agreed dates, regardless of attendance or cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds (By You)

  • All payments (full or part) are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances, which will be assessed at our sole discretion.

  • In the case of extreme circumstances accepted by us, a 75% refund may be issued if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the training start date.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the training start date.

  • Training bookings are not transferable to another date or course unless extreme circumstances are agreed upon.

Cancellations (By Us)

  • If we cancel a training, retreat, or event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, or the option to transfer to another date.

Right to Make Changes

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the advertised course content, the teacher delivering the training, and/or the training venue.

  • Any changes will be made in good faith to maintain the quality and integrity of the training and will not entitle participants to a refund unless the change is deemed significant at our sole discretion.

Attendance & Participation

  • You are responsible for ensuring you can attend on the dates booked.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course, retreat, or event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents others from benefiting from the training.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, training materials, videos, and written guides — remains the intellectual property of [Your Business Name]. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
