Hi, I’m Jaimie, a holistic practitioner offering vibro-acoustic sound therapy, Reiki and Seichem, alongside hands-on bodywork. My approach weaves sound, energy healing, massage and reflexology to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and a sense of safety and ease in the body.

How I can help you:
I work with people who are feeling tense, overwhelmed or disconnected from their bodies. Clients often come to me for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, stress and tension release, jaw clenching and TMJ support, and to feel safe and at ease again. My work blends therapeutic massage, gentle facial and TMJ release, lymphatic techniques and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, alongside subtle energy-based practices. Sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, soften chronic tension and support deep rest, regulation and emotional balance.
