Hi, I’m Sharon, I support women in nurturing their nervous systems and easing stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness through a range of holistic treatments. My core aim is to help women feel grounded, safe, and deeply relaxed.

What I offer:
I offer sound healing with Vibroacoustic massage, Ayurvedic face lift massage, bespoke Restorative yoga treatments, monthly Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion classes.

How I can help you:
I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from rest. My main aim is to help clients feel safe, calm, and supported as their nervous systems settle and restore balance.
